I previously posted my story in the just found out section. http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/Forum29/HTML/000637.html
I dont know how to go forward. I cant beleive that in just one day everything can turn around and stay that way. I am so scared that he will betray me again and leave. I havent asked him since Monday if he has heard from her and I have been trying very hard not to be confrountational but darnit he really has hurt me. I realize he seems to be trying and putting forth an effort right now but for how long and is it real this time? How can one be sure. I did set a date for phone meeting with MB. Can anyone give me hope.
I read your story and can hurt with you. I too had a very hard time with the fear of betrayal happening again. This is a very normal feeling although that doesn't make it easy to deal with.
Have you read Dr Harley's book, "Surviving an Affair?" This is an excellent book -- I've read it several times now. There is hope. I purchased most all of his books but at the beginning that is the one that helped me the most.
I'm glad you have set up a phone couseling session. I'm sure it will help a lot.
I'll keep you in my prayers.

Thanks Symphony. I have bought the book and I am 1/2 through it. Havent picked it up since last Friday night, the night he left. I need to get back into it and I will. Right now I am trying to deal with all this fear and insecurity. I will gladly accept all advise and wisdom. And I would be most grateful if you would pray for me. Thanks again.
