I've been Plan Aing for over two months now. I am emotionally exhausted. I am taking a break from contacting my H(who lives with OW)but am wondering if anyone has ideas on how to refuel this exhaustion. I have religion and am trying to exercise regularly but I feel so alone and empty. I want to become stronger. Does anyone have ideas?I want to keep on track with my plan A and can see how this state could lead to LBing if I should contact him. I'm waiting at least a week for that. What do you guys do to stay strong?

I may be confused here. But can you do Plan A if your spouse is living with the OW? It seems that in this case it you need to be working Plan B. How can you meet someone's needs if they are not living with you? I would think that Plan B would give you more peace.
E

Yes I am in Plan A despite him living with OW. I have been seeing him regularly as he comes to my(our) house to visit 3-5 times a week. have written him many letters, phone him often, have been out on a picnic with him and other things. But now I am tired!

Maezy,
You say that he comes to the house to visit. Who does he visit, you or your children?
I see it this way, if after 2+ months of plan Aing and he is still with the ow, maybe you need to try distancing yourself from him. You know making him wonder were you are? or take control of your life and show him that you can do it on your own.
G&P

He comes to visit me because our children have all moved out now. I have distanced myself over the past week as our daughter had a baby a week and a half ago. I saw him when the baby was first born but have been busy helping my daughter since. I left him a peice of chocolate cake that I had baked yesterday(he came over to do his paperwork and I wasn't home). Anyway he ate the cake.I wasn't sure he would because if he's feeling distant from me he won't accept any of my attempts to fill his EN. When he's feeling closer to me he will. I guess he does this instead of go back and forth living in one house and then another like some do!
