I have found out 2 days ago that my H had an affair. I don't even have the book yet,so i'm like a fish out of water. I am so lost and confused. I don't know what I should do next. I have been in counseling for over 2 months which i'm glad i've done. I can't sleep or eat and i have 4 kids to take of. He wants to work it out but i'm like ummm i guess. He's back tomorrow night from being gone for work and i'm like, i really don't know if i want him in this house with me yet??? I don't even know if i can handle it? i don't want to blow up or say anything that would push him further away. help??
