With no warning, my wife filed for divorce, moved to another state to be with her lover, and took our 2-year-old son with her. The affair may be winding down because she says she misses me. If she does not respond to Plan A by moving back, I am concerned about trying Plan B. If I am to have no contact with my wife, how do I talk to or see my son while we are separated?

estes49,<P> I would talk to a lawyer immeditately. You can go to court and make her either come back into the state that you reside in or she will have to allow you to see your son. Do you have the phone number that she called from? If you do I would try and talk to your son.<P>Indy
