Hello WifeTwo,

Yes, Plan A and Plan B are in the book, but you can go up to the navigation bar and click Q&A (Question and Answer Columns). On the left menu, select "How to Survive an Affair" at the bottom of the list. Once you get that page, go down the menu to find "What are Plan A and Plan B?"
(Actually, everything in this section is very good!)
It will also help to read the posts in the discussion forum.
People are eager to help.
Best wishes..E49

The articles were great. My husband has ended the affair with the OW. There may possibly be some phone or email conatct but there is no way to know that for sure. I am having a VERY difficult time being nice to him. It is five months post D-day. The reason I am still so angry is because the lies continued for months until I found out the truth MYSELF from the OW. My husband lied, lied ,lied. The LIES he made up were WORSE then the truth. He just thought I would like them better. Good Lord he even lied about how tall the OW was. I do not want to drive my husband away and I will try and work on plan A. Now that I do have all the facts maybe that will be possible. I saw a post where someone said something about using your anger in a positive manner. I would love to hear more about that.
