How do you manage the depression of Plan A? I'm trying to be patient, but my W is away because she's travelling for work (with OM) and I can't think of anything else.
Steve says to wait a couple of days in between calls. The wait and depression is eating me up. What does everyone do? I have medication but have only taken for four days.

[This message has been edited by mikenu (edited July 19, 2001).]

Mike:
What medication? Generally speaking, SSRI's and other anti-d's like Wellbutrin may take up to four weeks to kick in. Take the meds religiously. If you have trouble sleeping (a common side effect), ask your doc for a script for Ambien (a good non-addictive sleeping aid).
Physical excersise is also excellent---especially if your wife is gone. Don't "wait"---go do stuff. Make sure that you don't go and do stuff with anyone of the opposite sex, however; you're too vulnerable to having your own affair at this point.
