I am in plan A to night my WS sneak out and left my 9 & 12 years old home alone to go out with OM. Yesterday is her birthday and I guess she is celebrating it with OM. It hurts .... even though I know it is comming.
Hadi
------------------
Give your absolute best such that looking back 10 years from now w/ no regret.

Are you and your wife living together? If not, your children need to live with you. She had no business leaving your children home alone. Twelve is nowhere near old enough to leave at home, especially in charge of a 9-yr-old! This makes me see red.
I don't know what the law is in your state; but, in some states, if anything bad happens to a child under a certain age (16 in my state), the custodial parent/parents can be charged with child neglect, assuming that DHS doesn't find out the children are being left alone first.
Do what you need to do in order to protect your children.

quote:
Originally posted by Lady Clueless:
Are you and your wife living together?

Yes my WS & I still together and I am in plan A. I thought she would not do this to our kid, I intentionally get an excuse to go to HomeDepot to get some hardware. When I am back I saw them alone and none of them knew when she left. She was not back until tonight ( a day later )w/ excuse of studying for a test w/ "freind" and go to "class". she call me "after class". Fact I found her car parked 5 blocks away from OM and the engine is cold when she is suppose to be back from "class" that is 30 miles away.
I will check my local law (CA). When I am going to plan B I will let her have the kid since she asks for it ($$$). However I will aks someone to keep an eye on my kid, I will use it to get the custody of my kid. I have 2 beautiful daughters and this is the only reason I am staying. I will never again let my kid alone with her while I am in plan A.
Thanks for your support.
Hadi
------------------
Give your absolute best such that looking back 10 years from now w/ no regret.
