First time user. I am a WS. Currently in withdrawal. I found this site about a week ago and it has been very beneficial for wife and self.
Was in involved in an internet relationship since May 2001 which led into an A. Met with the OW twice. Have been trying to cut it off and have failed several times. No words can describe the pain and suffering that i have put my wife through and myself. Whether it was good or bad I have learned to be open and honest with my wife and she has become very supportive and understanding to me. I continue to struggle with the withdrawals in fact i cant believe how hard it is on me. Becuz of the all the false starts and the failure for me to cut it off i was wondering if i should go directly to Plan B. Would a separation bring me quicker into reality.
I have been asked twice to leave but would not leave. I would certainly value any advice. Fallen

Fallen1,
You got it wrong. Plan B is for BS to protect them self. Not for WS. You have to take a reality check ... do you really want to work on your M ?. It seems that your wife willing to work on your M. Is there any contact ?.
Get conseling from MB right away if you value your M. Get SAA and follow the narrow path of recovery ... care, protect, time & honesty. In withdrawal, you do anything to avoid contact !!!. move out of country if you have to.
Read the last link on my sig. A letter from WS like yourself to WS.
[ January 08, 2002: Message edited by: redhat ]

.. ok I'll omit everything I want to say to you because its not constructive and probably just me wanting to explode on my WS's OM. If you TRUELY feel remorse and your wife EVER EVER meant anything to you I suggest trying the MB's counseling if you have not yet. LISTEN really LISTEN to what they say to you. LISTEN to what she says to you.
You have the oppotunity to have a stronger love, relationship and marriage than you ever believed if you can get your head out of the fog and wake the hell up.
sorry
