OK, I post mostly in ENs, but have a plan B question...What can I expect during Plan B? If you need to know a little history, then go read my posts on EN. I've already in Plan B for one week now, but still don't know what to expect and am not handling it too well. Any thoughts or advice??

Hi, wolf,

I don't know your story, but can answer your question.

If you are in true Plan B then you have little to no contact with WS until the A is over. Plan B is a time to work on YOU and make the changes that may have contributed to the break down in your M.

Have you written a Plan B letter? It's a good idea if you haven't done so already.
