I notice that we have similarities in our marriages regarding separation. I have also read that things are going MUCH BETTER <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> for you, and happy to see that. However, I don't know much about this here as far as Plan A or Plan B. I don't know what to do as of now. I am a wreck. My story is in Resolving Conflict-Please help married seven years-he left me and I also have a posting here. If u can find some time it would be greatly appreciated.

luvhazeleyes,

first, I wanted to tell you, welcome to Marraige Builders, I am so glad you found us, I wish I would have found it after my Dday.

I read your posts, and I can tell you, my husband told me the exact same things, did not want to be married, etc.

How far are you from your husband right now, I see you are in another state?? You have a great advantage since you have a child, sooner or later you will need to see each other.

My advice to you, is to go with a full-fledged Plan A, I know how difficult it can be to do it when you are not seeing each other. I can't remember who the "MB poster" was, I'm thinking "Cali" off the top of my head, who wrote her husband at least once a week updating him about life in general, funny stories, information on the children, etc.

I would try that, writing him letters, do not pursue any relationship talk, but write him updates. Whatever you do, do not beg, he does need to see that you are strong. But not that you are completely fine. If he asks how you are, tell him that you are having a hard time, be honest with your feelings, do not try to cover them up.

In the meantime, I would highly suggest reading "His Needs, Her Needs" and "Love Busters", or at least try to go through all the Basic Concepts on this website, it will give you a brief synopsis of the books. Also, download the Emotional Needs and Love Busters questionaires, fill them out for yourself, then fill them out as if you are your husband, this is something that Steve Harley does for most first appointments. This will make you really think, and I believe you will learn from it.

While you are in Plan A, it is so important to eliminate Love busters, even if you LB a ittle, it can cancel out any hard work you have done in Plan A.

"General Questions II" gets the most traffic, I would suggest starting a new thread there, maybe copy and paste your initial story, and also add this information to your "profile", along with dates.
