I have come to realize that plan B is needed to save any love I have for my W. I just don't know how to do it. CD

There is an example of the letter in SAA (Surviving An Affair).
I know that the jest of it is to write it like a love letter, that you realize your share in creating the problems in your relationship and that you are willing to amend those. But that until there is NC, you will need to seperate and have NC with them, including financial support.
Do a search on Plan B letters because I have seen some good advice on here.
