My wife has been splitting her time between our house and her boyfriends. She's been doing this for a month and I just found out last week. I have just started with plan A. She called me this morning and is starting to miss the kids. Since she knows she can't bring the kids to where she's at she wants me to leave the house once or twice a week and stay with a friend so she can spend more time with them. Do you think this is appropriate in plan A or is this just being too nice?

I would say that would definitely show that you are a doormat. Telling you to vacate your house so she can continue her affair without any consequences would only strengthen her affair. Being nice to her while she is screwing around will only make her more disrespectful to you.
