I'm giving my wife a plan B letter tomorrow. I've been thinking about the kids in this and was wondering, do you make exceptions to seeing your WS when there's a kids activity (soccer games, school music programs, etc,)? What about holidays? This is something I hadn't thought about before. For me it would be much easier to do things with the kids and just take turns then it would be to keep having to get together for these activities. I don't know if that's right for the kids though.

By all means go to these events. You don't need to have interactions with your spouse. Do be cordial. You don't need to discuss anything though.

You can ideally share, or you can do as much as you can. Just because you go to them doesn't mean you have to interact.
