I am trying to utilize Plan B in saving my marriage. However, in doing so, my WS is mucking it up. He is confused!! Cannot decide whether he wants me or the OW? Plan B, right? So, shouldn't he be staying away. I have changed my phone number and am only reached thru my cell (I have the children and as per the court, he must have reasonable access). He states that he is trying to come back, but how do I effectively utilize Plan B, if my WS does not keep his end of the bargain. He can only stay away one day and then he is back begging for another change. Yet, when I relent...he then changes.

Just curious, does Karena mean anything ?. Anyway, you list the ammends as a condition to take H back and his own punishment if he crosses. Up the ante everytime he relapse to OW and everytime it would be harder for him to come back.

Karena in Indonesian means because, just curious. When WH violated M again and relapsed, you put the bar/condition to come back higher. If he really could not get away from OW, make him to promise to move to different states or far away town that requires few hours drive, that way it is harder for WS to conduct anything in secret.
