Well it did not take long for me STBX to divorce me, plan B letter is still warm and I am already moving towards Dv. Assets are being split, she asks for extended spousal support, talks to lawyer tomorrow.
I did not expect anything else, it was my last hope. Now I will have to transfer to another message board-divorcing.
Thanks for your help.

Well, at the moment we are just spliting our assets and money, she wants to know how much lump sum she gets. Then she wants to file, seems to me she was ready long time ago, I feel like a sucker now doing all the plan A, but whou wouild have thought.
She did not really read my plan B, she only picked up on the part about assets and money. She probably has thought that I will supprt her while she dates this guy. As soon as I tried to get some ground, she files. I tried to convince her to just separate and then well see, to no avail.

I wonder now who I spent my best 10 yeassr of life with.

1 - Has she been to see a lawyer?
2 - Have papers been filed in court?
3 - Have you been served any papers?

1 -Yes she has seen lawyer. She came home yesterday, decided to legally separate, today I am supposed to sign papers-list of assets I am taking and money split, she is leaving for 1 month to see her mother, after that, we are splitting completely, she mentioned that in a year we are divorced. I wish the year was over already...
2- Papers have not been filed in court and served either.

She accused me of trying to take all the stuff and run away(?). I only told her that in the letter I asked her to give me a list of things she wants to take. I also asked her to give me my credit cards and share of our savings she has in her bank account. I told her :"ever since I discovered that you are seeing someone else, I have realized that the comfort and security I have been giving you since you left me are not important to you, and whatever he gives you is more important. In which case I am removing myself from your life knowing that that my support is no longer necessary. I would simply like the OM to take over not only fun and good times with you but also the reponsibilities. I felt no longer obligated to be a husband to you."

Did I say anything wrong?

NO, you didn’t say anything wrong. It’s a difficult thing to do. Just pause & take a breath before you say something in a situation.

My divorce is rolling as a well greased machine, I signed papers regarding a property division, her car is in her name only now.

I have arranged a meeting with a lawyer.

Those are just legal aspects, howerver. I am now in stage where I want the divorce more than her. Reason being-she totally disrespects me. The evidence is clear-last saturday she admitted to having a boyfriend, she also admitted to lieing to me. Two days later, she denies it, calling me paranoic. Before that she asked for evidence, I gave her none, even though I do have it. I do not need her admitting after an evidence, she should have had enough morality to reveal the truth, no matter how embarrasing and ugly it is. she thinks I do not know exactly, so she sontinues with her lies. That is enough for me to seek divorce and move on. Trust and respect ar the foundation of any healthy relationship. We lost the foundation, it is time to bulldose the rest.
