My H tried to bamboozle me yet again....offered me a night of fun at a very posh restaurant/hotel. We weren't into the conversation 20 minutes before I heard, "For 15 years you did this, for 15 years you did that, blah, blah, blah." I walked out and took a cab home. Okay, he calls and asks me out on Saturday night (like a damn fool I went, like a lamb to slaughter, willingly). We had a great time...believe it or not. He returned home with me, slept on the couch, told me he loved me (I guess it was the drink) and fell asleep. I wasn't upset by this, but more upset by the Dr. Hyde of the next morning. I was once again, "not desirable, he didn't think he could be the husband that I wanted..in the bedroom that is and that, could that kind of romance be recaptured." I was floored..stunned more like it. He left to play soccer. I asked him, as the lease on his apartment runs out today, where he is going to live. He said it was a toss up between his mistress or his ex-wife's house. Me or the children were not in the equation. I didn't cry, just retreated inside myself. Why do I allow him to do this to me. Everyone says, "Oh, K..you are such a beautiful person (inside and out), why do you let this happen. I answer quite honestly and from my heart, "I do know why. I know I love him, but anymore, it is like his is just abusing me." Yes, it is abuse and yes I'm allowing it to happen. I closed my cell phone, I have changed my home number again. I have other co-workers answering my telephone.

I believe my only recourse is PLAN B....how do I go about it. I'm desperate for some "helpful hints" at not picking up the phone to call him, answering his phone calls, etc., etc. Please help.
