Help..I need advice, from anyone.

I implemented Plan B...it lasted a total of three days and then, yes, he began calling me, stopping by, etc., etc. He even asked me out for this Saturday. However, yesterday, in one of his calls, I noticed that his tone was not the same "upbeat" as it had been the past week and a half". The Saturday before he asked to go to counseling with me, spoke positively about our rental investment, and purchasing a new home for our family. Yesterday, he was curt and distant. He called early in the evening to "check" on the kids. He then began to give me some garbage about..."you know, I cannot believe that after all of the arguing and abuse, we are being so nice and civil to one another. I thought it was nice, however, I realized that at least when there was arguing, there was emotion and with emotion comes feeling. With us not arguing, I feel that there is no feeling. In addition, on Saturday he was hugging me and kissing me thanking me for a lovely day out, last night, he was back to the "I'm not sexually attracted to you anymore". I was crushed, but did not cry. I just, as innocently as possible, ended the call. I cried the entire night, getting that 'ol feeling back that he was in touch with her. Sure enough...he was. He contacted an old co-worker and lo and behold, who was the secretary answering the phone..yep, the OW. Do I think it was a coincidence....absolutely NOT....she is his weakness. I've been seeing a therapist on my own who has done me a world of good, but I feel as though I have just taken 10 steps backwards....I need help and am crushed...

You are all in coaster and you are a passanger only. WH & OW are the driver. Plan B put stop to this and say I won't be in the 'coaster no more, go away and until you agree (ammends) to do what is stated in plan B you should have NC. Contact only allow to discuss the term of coming back !. Go back to plan B and fix the logistic of it so that no contact is possible. We live and learn.
