Ok. Redhat and Orchid. BTW..Orchid I'm calling you again tonight.

I am in plan B, as Ive pretty much been for a year and a half with stbxwh. He's on his second OW and this time it's almost a live in thing. We have a four and a half year old son. I don't have any relatives here in Ga. His parents (outlaws and enablers as I call them) work for him and are at his beck and call. If you want recent background, read on divorce. Posted what stunt he pulled on saturday after on friday getting my plan b letter resent.

He always keeps showing up and violating my requests. I am asking attorneys for a restraining order however. We shall see what that would entail in GA.

Please let me know what to do with regard to pick ups and drop offs. My friends have different schedules so it's difficult to have a friend hlep with drop offs of child. I usually want stbxh to drop off son at school. What I requested.

The whole divorce thing is wearing me down. He is wearing me down basically. Again, maybe red the other post to give suggestions. I have made it plain and clear that until, if that day ever comes, he meet my terms and begin to change his life that I wish no contact. I am wanting to heal completely from the last two years and get on with life as he has shown no signs whatsoever of change and is even getting worse.

Did all I could to save marriage but he's too deep in the affair/all about me fog. Also has issues now with excessive gambling (he does make a good living though) and was found guilty a few weeks back from judge for contempt in non payment of child and spousal support. I am taking him back to court at the end of this month for his still non compliance.

Only communication with him whatsoever is about son and he has taken that to the limit too. I accept (not any more though) calls about son only and stick to about son only then quickly off. I've made it clear that only emails from this day on again. Most output he's gotten from me has been on phone though. He did see me face to face when he showed up for mediation (and then stormed out and fired his lawyer). I believe seeing or being around him is destructive for me as his past and his actions, as well as I need healing for son and I.

He phoned on sat. morning to ask if his parents (the enabling outlaws) could come to son's easter egg hunt/children's devotional at church and school. We visit the church occasionally but haven't joined but know alot of people there because it is directly associated with son's school. Stbxwh and inlaws are there...Along with Jethro (my nickname for him)'s OW's child. I was dumbstruck and horrified and sad at same time. It ruined the day although I tried to keep composure as good as I could for my son. Used to have pretty good relationship with the outlaws in early days of divorce when they actually supported me. I couldn't believe wh barged in and did this with OW's child. It was very disrespectful.

I just want peace. Am away from home and it's hard being a single mom. Single with primary. So he has to get son and I want extremely limited contact. This afternoon he picks up son at three p.m. and keeps ringing the doorbell and looking through sidelights in the door. I am tying son's shoelaces and he sees that so I walk behind door and open it (he cannot see me that way) and let son out. He's bringing son to school in the morning so there is an afternoon pickup instead of having to have him drop off again.

He keeps pushing the limits of NC. How can I stop this? I've even told him in friday's email that he was not to come to the door anymore. He just keeps pushing the limits.

Some of my friends meet at dance class, one drops and the other picks up. Kids get to see both, they are safe in class and they drive 1/2 the time. Good luck and I am sorry. I have followed your story. I wish you only good things to come. (((((((hugs))))))))))))))

peachy,

RO is the best thing to get legal help for you but again RO is a piece of paper that you have to stand on it (reports it) when he breaks it.

My 2 D are exchanged at the roller skating rink and we have 50-50 alternate week, so it is easy. I don't even see her and don't want to. However on holiday schedule that they are not with custodial parent, I make the rule for her to drop/pick 2 D at the front of my house (drive way). I do not even want her to be in my door step, she calls one of my 2D cell to let them know that she arrives.

Try to use day care/school/regular activity for drop/pick ups point so that you don't have to deal with him. You could get neighboor's teenage to baby sit S in her home until he pick S up. In CA, you could even use FCS (family court services) centers to exchange drops/picks up. It is design for supervised visit but you could arrange it for drop off and pick up. I would get a baby sitter so that the less trauma for your S. You need someone to be S regular baby sitter anyway when you have to go somewhere after Dv finalized.

{{{{{Peach}}}}},

Sending you and your little one a cyber hug. I know you are both going through a lot right now. Know that it is temporary.

Hope that chat this evening went well. I have to check on my side to see how it went!!! Let me know how you are doing.

Hugz,
L.
