Hi DM,<P>You know, I was such a complete state of despair about the time you wrote me before. The concern you, and the other folks showed me here really did help me out of it. I'm still proceeding on the celibacy/no dating path, but for some reason it doesn't feel so hopeless anymore. Not because I necessarily believe there is a man in my future, but it really is such a relief to not even think or worry about it anymore. A few days after our discussions, I sat down and put all my pictures into books. These are pictures from my sailing class in California, pics of my dog, my neice, family, and pictures from Europe. I realized then that this year hadn't been too awful after all, that I have a wonderful caring group of friends and family. To me, that is what love is all about, and NOT worrying about having guy-de-jour (or guy of the year, or guy of the decade in my case). I'm working on a website so that you can all see some cool Europe pictures....<P>I'll be spending my NYE with friends from school, "camping" out on their floor watching sports and whatever tonight.
