I recieved the Marriage Dissolution Questionnaire from my wife that the lawyer sent her. Pretty basic just lots of questions. She wants my opinion on it and to fill in my part of it. Not sure what I want to do about it. Need to talk to a lawyer about it. Looking like a divorce will be forced down my throat whether I am for it or not.

Your are in Plan B and so you do not have to talk to her about anything, except to refer her to your lawyer so that he can answer any questions she may have.

TooMuchCoffeeMan (I fit that namt too, hehe). Ok she wanted me to fill this out I believe, just ignore it? I posted on legalsearch.com for a christian lawyer in my area, one who is for saving marriages not the almighty buck. I hope to find some good legal advice even though in minnesota if she really wants out, she's out.

Sorry to hear that. Ditto TMCM, just let your lawyer handle it. Don't do anything w/o consulting your lawyer. In CA you have 3 weeks from being served to respond, never miss this date ! otherwise she will have you for lunch.

Actully I wasn't served, she just dropped off the form and wants me to look at it and fill it out with my info. Maybe its more of just an application and/or questionaire for the lawyer. Next step I assume would include funding for the poor lawyers association.

I know this may sound farfetched but it just may be that your WW is trying to engage you in talking with her and is using the questionaire as a way to force you to do so. I say this because most women find it very hard, much harder than men, to have somebody they've known for years not wanting to talk to them. This doesn't mean that she wants to reconcile with you but wants you not to shut her out of your life completely. In any case, continue to observe your no contact of Plan B.

Ok, I assume it will upset her, but so be it. I will keep up the prayers that god will get through to her and bring her crashing down and begging for help. The good, if you wish to call it that, or great part of all this is my relationship to god is much better now than it has been for many years. I thank you for your kind words and wisdom. Lets all keep praying that the evil one is once again defeated and that the many BS's on these forums are reunited with there soul mates. God Bless you all.
