A month ago I caught my husband having an affair. He agreed to plan A, but still works with the OW on a very limited basis. I have to deal with that. But yesterday he left for work an hour nad 15 minutes early for work. That would have gotten him there 30 minutes BEFORE he started work, but RIGHT as she was getting off. I saw him on the road, he turn around and came back home. I pointed it out to him, and he denyed it. But he had no reason to go in to work early other than, "You and the daughter weren't here, so I thought I would just go in early."

What am I supposed to think? I was all LBish yesterday, but every infraction makes me feel the way I did when I found out.

Any help?

From what I have learned, it is a normal part of the process to have set-backs like these. You H is addicted and it is not going to be easy for him to quit.
It would be good if he could acknowledge that and be honest with you that he is having a hard time. Maybe you can tell him that you understand that it is hard for him to give her up and you appreciate that he has feelings for her that are not easy to turn off, but that you need him to be honest with you so that you can be there to help him get over his addiction.

You are lucky...at least he has agreed to Plan A. My wife will not consider working things out with me yet. Any pointers that helped you get him to that stage?

Be stong...You will get better at this as time goes by.
