that my h didn't want to be with me for the last year. As i have said before he has now moved in with the OW he started A with 7 weeks ago. I don't know how h can be so cruel he doesn't give a s@/t about what he has done. Trying to maintain Plan B but finding it very difficult i suppose it is early days yet but has anyone got any suggestions on how not to think about it all the time.

Have you considered taking some college courses? some dancing classes? how about some volunteer work? The more you are exposed to other people and develop new friendships, the less you will think about your WH.

Thanks for the suggests. Believe it not I do have a good social life and friends have been brilliant gathering around to help. I guess I have just lost the will to do things. Its difficult not to feel anger and not be able to express it cos of the children.

feelingit - don't know your whole thread but anti depressants help detach you from the emotional part. If not on them get to Dr. Even if you are dead set against taking meds as I was. It helps.

God bless.

Stay dark. DD

It's not that you are not good enough, it's that HE has a problem. Mine now has OW living with him. We have been married 8 years - he has known her for 7 months, and left 4 months ago to be with her. You have to realize that this is not rational thinking. They all say the same things, and do the same crazy things. Find out about financial solutions from a lawyer. My H and OW were vacationing, going out to eat everyday and having a good old time (to the tune of about $200. to $300. a week, until I threw him out and went into Plan B. Now he's lucky to have $20. a week to spend. It feels so good! Hang in there and take care of yourself and work on you.

thanks for the comments I feel so much better today feel like I'm getting back to normal so I don't think I need AD's. My son stayed overnight with h and OW I had to swallow my pride and let him go but she decided to wash his clothes and take him out by herself this is hard to bear. Still in Plan B so can't tell h how I feel can i.
