I probably have it somewhere in all of my books.
If you know what page it's on that would help also. (a sample one)
NC is in "effect" but I am very fearful of receiving a x-mas card from the OM.

Short & to the point.
Nothing about what might have been or how "good it was" or any regrets.
This letter must be sent with after your husband reads it. In fact, he should be the one to stick it in the mailbox.
Plan on om contacting you regardless of what you send him.
You response to this will be
- Do NOT read his reply.
- IMMEDIATELY inform your husband and give him the response (letter or email).
- Do NOT respond in ANY fashion to the contact.
