He's not gonna see the kids today either. How's that for a Happy New year?? It's a big disappointment for them and also for me. I was considerate over the phone. Tried to chit-chat a little. Didnt really work but oh well. Maybe I will get a few points across. His mom's coming back to town tomorrow. He said he would see us there. She said if he didn't come up shortly after she got there she was gonna go get him. Im trying to stay calm about this, but I am PI@@ED!!! Maybe it's good that I don't see him today. I would probably LB big time. I just want to SEE him, and I'd love to touch him and him touch me. I miss him so much. Not sure how much more my heart can take.

Hang in there Mitzi.
I'm pretty new here and I don't know your story, but you might find some encouragement in what I discovered yesterday. I posted it under visualizing success, hope it helps.
God bless you, He loves you!

I'm new here too, only for about 10 days. You can check my profil for the whole story if you're interested. I'm trying to plan A and I've always thought visualization was a great tool (positive thinking).
You hang in there too. I'm getting better but it still doesn't get any easier.

I'm really not sure it's worth fighting for anymore. His main problem is his drinking. I can't compete with her because she is the same. Oh, well.

Mitzi,
Sorry for your disappointment - been there myself. H spent Thanksgiving, Christmas and now New Years with the oW. We got no phone call, no visit, no nothing!!!! Whole thing SUCKS!
Just do the best you can each and every day. Our S's are sick and we can not save them from themselves, that's for sure. Remeber, they aren't even acting anything remotely like the sweet and caring person we "normally" know. I like the way someone here describes it - an alien has inhabited our S! LOL, but true at the same time.
Keep the faith and do the visualizations that repenting suggests. I am going to try that myslef. I am also goingto visualize myslef "happy" and "normal" again, too!
Pulling for ya,
Roll Me Away
------------------
"Life is made up, not of great sacrifices or duties, but of little things in which smiles and kindnesses and small obligations, given habitually, are what win and preserve the heart and secure comfort."
Sir Humphry Davy
H said he was going to his mom's tomorrow but I won't bet on it. He said for me to meet him there. I guess neutral territory. 24 hrs. Will I make it???? I'm going to scream and cry and cuss and yell all morning tomorrow and get it over with. That way maybe I can control myself when I do see him. Actually I want to jump on him. He's just gonna look so good to me. Does this sound kinda like "Fatal Attraction"?????

I'm sorry to hear this news. What a rollercoaster ride this has been for you. No lovebusters tomorrow at your MIL's house. I wonder if your MIL will say something about this affair to him. Maybe it will put a dent in his conscience.

Yes, my MIL is definately going to talk to him about this. She is really upset with him. We've separated 2 times before but never for this. The first time was because I kicked out for all the drinking. That was 8 years ago. Then a year later because he spent his whole paycheck in a bar, so I told him to leave. Things haven't been great since, but there were an awful lot of good times.
I'm going to try to "control" myself, (no jumping on him) and maybe while my MIL watches the boys we can talk alone. Who knows what will happen???
