Do I put an intro or some type of greeting to the OW when I send a copy of the letter? (I know about the P.S., I just wasn't sure about the intro.)

Also, if I'm sending it to parents, do I put any introduction or explanation at the top? Such as "My H tells me that you are aware of his affair w/ OW. I am sending you this letter so that you are aware of my feelings regarding this situation." - I don't know...just leave it blank - what if they have no idea who it's from? (i.e. they really don't know about what their son/daughter is doing...)

Well, the OW is 22 and still lives w/ her parents, and MB advice was to send it to her parents and to my H's parents. I'm sure that's what I was told to do - is that wrong?

Well, it's not "wrong" but she is an "adult".
I guess it wouldn't hurt as she still does live at home and they may apply some pressure on her to end it.
