I'm ready to let OW's H know that his W is in an intense ER with my H.
She's out of town, the H lives 1000 miles away, so I'll have to do this by phone.
Any ideas on how to approach him????

Simply tell him who you are, what you have discovered, and that if you were in his place that you would want to know. Tell him you are going to fight for your marriage, and tell him about this site.
There is no way to make this easy.
Godspeed.
