Am working hard on plan A and after Xmas my H gave me a hug and said " I had a nice Xmas , Thanks" and today we had a family crisis with his folks and I called him at work and said I love you and he said it back!!! First time in about 4 months he has said it to me, usually just ignores me when I say it so I have been trying to say it less in case its a LB to him.
I feel like I am manic depressive sometimes, feel so good to make those baby steps, but know there will be more down time to come.
I feel like I learn so much here, now if only I can put it into practice and show I have changed and be more open and meet his needs. And if he would just stop going out on those da** dates! Oops a little rant slipped in. Lora

Lora,
Baby steps are the hardest part. Sounds like your doing great. The thing that really stinks about my plan-a is I see no immediate results. I know they will come it's just hard to wait.
Hang in there and stay the course, as hard as it gets don't falter and yo will have you marriage back.
Bill
------------------
BB
Lora, be patient. The first step is that he's opened himself emotionally to you again. That is HUGE. Once you start filling the needs that his "friend" fills now, his need for her will diminish, and you'll find the "frequency" of the dates decreasing.
Then the only problem you'll have is believing that the changes are real. Which is where I am now. ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/smile.gif)
