It's over. He says he doesn't want to hurt me. He says he doesn't hate me and that we have to raise our kids together. But....he didn't say the words but I know he wanted to say "but I don't love you anymore". I am calling my attorney tommorrow. I have no hope. He has no hope. He won't even try for our kids. I can't sit and wait for nothing. He's not involved with anyone. I guess he just found out from his EA that he really does not love me. I am so hurt, I don't know what else to do.

Moving on,

First of all, I want to let you know it is not over.

My WH said EXACTLY the SAME thing 3 months ago and he is still saying it. But I am trying very hard, maybe too hard. I still have hope. The most important I have faith.

hang in here, many MB friends will give you advice. I saw you were here fr a while, but I don't know your background.

What your H said to you are exactly the same as my WH said. Did they copy from a text book or did they talk to each other?

Moving on,

I agree. Mine has been going on for almost 6 months now. Do I know how it will turn out? No. But you can bet I'm praying HARD that it ends somehow with us still together.

I agree with L&H: My H didn't exactly say he didn't love me, but said he wasn't in love with me anymore, and that he'd been unhappy (no, make that miserable) for the last 5 years.

He could still easily go her way because he's still with her, but the last couple days he's been telling me he misses me and his family, and that he loves me. And he was crying when he told me last night. He doesn't often get emotional. I know he wasn't making it up.

Don't give up on him yet!

LL

So do I just sit here and wait? For how long? I don't want a man that cheats on me and lies. Yes, I am willing to work on it but he won't give me a chance. How do I live here in the house with the bills, mortgage, 3dogs, 2 babies and expect nothing to change for 6 months. Something will have to change. He can't provide the financial support I would need to live here alone and for his apartment too. I don't know what else to do besides sale the house, get rid of the dogs and move on. Yes, I'm sure I'm jumping the gun and I could probably live here for another 6 months, but then what? Then I'm out of my emergency fund and stuck in a rut! What a dork! Why do we wait? Why does he feel so hopeless when I am willing to put all the he has done behind us!

Yeah, lots of us are to that point. Just keep on keeping on. We are all in this together. Things will get better for you.

Don't believe what they say. They are not themselves now. I can tell your H admited EA, then changed his mind again few days later. How could that happen? They are adult, not kids, they can be that forgetful, they are confused. Hang in here. Nobody knows how long it will take, but GOD will tell us the answer.

I smell a rat here. He may be having an A with co worker. That is why he "has given up".

I would do some serious checking.

I exposed EA to OW husband. My WH was "in love" with her and I believe he still feels that way towards her and feels that he doesn't love me that way and never has. He says she will not talk to him now. I am going to plan B. Can't meet his needs cause he won't let me. I will only talk to him regarding our kids and finances. Nothing else. He will miss me and us eventually. He is all alone here and once he spends a few holidays alone he will start to notice. Plus I am losing weight and starting to look good and he will notice that too. Good for him. I hope he's happy alone with his cheating lying self.

I think you need to stay in Plan A for as long as you can. If you need financial help, see a lawyer about filing for some temporary support.

How can you plan A if he is unwilling to do anything? I am being cordial. No LB, just acting like I don't really care. It's only about the kids now.
