I am going into plan B today after WS won't leave OW. I am six months pregnant. I feel so sick to my stomach and am trying not to vomit and to sleep. I know I have to worry about myself it is just really hard. Did you make a plan of things you would do when you were sad? I have never been alone so this is very scary.

Yep, start out by making a list of a couple of things to do. Then you have to force yourself to do it. At first it will be hard, but the more you do things, the better you will feel.

Your WH will probably be back to the marriage, but you need to take care of yourself right now. Maybe you can try Ensure, or some kind of nutritional supplement.

This is scary for you, but necessary to get your WH back. Hang in there, we'll help you.

((durham)) Use this time to do things you want to do! It will actually do you good to learn to be on your own for a little while. Be gentle with yourself and try not to get too down. I had to force myself not to cry all the time, because I didn't want my daughter to see her mom depressed constantly. I had to think of her.

Is there anything you've always wanted to do? Are there any projects you want to get to? This is the time to do it. During Plan B, all your thoughts should be on yourself. Are you going to IC? Call up a couple of old friends. Hang out with some family. This time is all about you. Hang in there!

I have been extremely sad after having a really peaceful last month and I realized I just needed to let it happen, cry and get it out. I also called a couple friends. Don't be afraid to ask people for help, that is the most important thing so that you can concentrate on you.

Hang in there! Take care of yourself!

Post and vent here! I think it helps to keep a diary and posting here is on a way just that.
