Let me start with some history. We have been married for seven years now, (been together total of 11), we got married young her 19 and me 24, we also have 2 kids. Everything was good until last year when her grandma died, she was very close. My wife has been acting weird ever since. Then about 5 months ago an old friend starts working with her.

Well this new friend has a live in boyfriend and sometimes one on the side, she also has a little girl with the one she lives. The new friend has had all these experiences that my wife did not get to have because of the suprise kid and early marriage.

So my wife starts wanting to go out with friend about once a week, tells me this is her away time, fine with me couples need some space occasionally.

Then wife still is acting wierd I say what is up, she says she has all these feelings about missing all this fun and experiences blah blah blah. I say I missed a lot too, but we are married now and you don't have to close the bar down every week. She says this is something she has to do and will do it if she wants. I guess I don't have a say.

Finally after arguing for the last couple of months about drinking and closing the bar and her maybe being involved with the friends brother, wife has shared some feelings with him, we have decided to separate because she is not giving in and I still think she does not need to go out and close the bar every weekend.
She does come home sometimes about 3 or 4 in the morning because she needs to sober up, smart move, but I still think this is irresponsible and disrespectful to think that she is going to do what she wants when she wants no matter what I say.

Please any Ideas, was I in the wrong?

What are you wrong about? More importantly what are you doing to help yourself through this time of crisis?
