Can the two of you take a week off?? He told me about two months ago. It was hard, but I honestly think the fact we spent so much time together helped immesurably. He cried on my shoulder during withdrawal. It hurt, but I really wanted my marriage; and I cried from the hurt he had caused me.
We went on a cruise (planned before he told me). We were probably the saddest people on the boat, but it really helped.
Have you sent a no contact letter? My h included a mention of the MB website in the letter, no contact since.

Schizzo,
No I havent sent a no contact letter. I talked to my friend today and he told that the OM had asked him if he had heard from me and he told him yeah. My friend nows all about it and is aware that I am to have no contact with him at all. He said he wouldnt tell me anything else. That brought back alot of memories. I just want him to know about MB. I think it can help his marriage. He was a good guy. He was going through the same thing.
How can I get a copy of the no contact letter and how can i send him a letter about MB? They are not online but his mother is. he is a lost person and needs to get in contact with GOD! I never want anything to do with him but, If I can help his marriage I would not feel to blame. Is this normal?
Thanks so much for your help. How can I get a copy of the no contact letter.?
I just called him and told that it was over and I told H. He said ok and he understaood and he would not ever bother me again. And he hasnt. THANK GOD!
Today was the roughest day! I came down the parkway right about the time he was leaving work. I kept looking for his truck. I knew I couldnt do it so I went on.
Thanks!
