Well I went to the lawyer today and she is filing the papers tomorrow and he is going to be served saturday....<P>She wants to serve him while he is in my state so i have jurisdiction(spelling).....<P>I have no idea how he is going to react or what he will say....<P>We talked today and I gave him a letter and he started to cry while he read it. He agreed to giving me all the housing money and paying 1/2 of carpayment untill paied off(7yrs)......<P>The lawyer wants to talk to him tomorrow, i think he is actually going to go....<P>Oh I also found out that the court could make him go to counceling....it might be worth a try...<P><BR>amanda<P>------------------<BR>I will love my husband "Always & Forever" <BR>thevancefamily@hotmail.com<P><BR>

I don't know your history or situation, but only if he's willing, not forced will counseling. I'm facing this issue right now and hope with all my heart he's willing. 10 years is a long time these days. Good luck.
