My husband surprised me this morning by anouncing that he is going on a trip.He said he didn't want to tell me beforehand as it only fills me with anxiety.He said he is NOT going to see her(OW lives abroad).It could be the truth,or it could not be.This does not mean that he will not see her,perhaps the next trip.Could somebody tell me how on earth do I refrain from LB?I was already in tears when he kissed me goodbye.

I know you are dealing with heavy emotions now and it's very hard, but if you want responses, you need to go back to your previous thread and answer the replies you get. I replied out of my own very similar experience. Not sure you read it, since you didn't reply back.
