I think I'm entering the last stages,if not the LAST stage of withdrawl! It's getting easier and easier to go to my H first, to touch him and want him, to look into his face. There are still very difficult moments, but he's really trying too. Yesterday he brought me flowers and a silly Scooby Doo keychain (I LOVE Scooby, I have great danes at home!) and today he brought me a plum tea and a piece of fudge... just because. He called before he came by my job, which I asked him to do, and he came home from work a bit early last night (don't tell the boss!) so we could be together. There was a bit of love busting this morning, but he apologized (it was one of those times when I was honest in my communication and he threw it back in my face... but HE APOLOGIZED <SNIF> ) Finally, I feel a sense of hope that we can do this! New B, I am so happy for you. This will get easier and easier for both of you. Sometimes we all lovebust a little, but the apology right afterward is great. I'm happy that the "ride" is over. Now you can get your feet planted on the ground with your H again. hey b<P>The affair lasted three months from the moment that the OM told me he "loved" me (which actually meant that he wanted to bed me, but I digress)and it ended three months ago. I have to work with the OM, so that makes things especially tough. I ended it... although thinking back what I did made the OM end it... here's how it went... my H asked, and I told him about the affair about three weeks in. My H moved out three weeks later and I pushed the OM against the wall. He isn't married but in a long term relationship (which is just as bad, really). Anyway, I told him leave her or me. He cried, begged me to give him time. I gave him about 4-6 weeks total. In the real world, I would have given him more time, but in affair-world I realized that the whole thing was stupid. I told him to forget it, I was going to work on my marriage. It's been very, very hard. I've also been betrayed (12 yrs. ago) and I know how "nuts" the betrayed feels, but my H was downright scary for awhile. He's taken a sudden turn for the repair of our marriage. He's been home for many weeks and we are together. It has been a struggle. Each day gets better and better.<P>Does that answer your questions??
