I don't feel much like celebrating the fact that the OM has enjoyed my wifes love over 14 of our 18 married years. Yet, I want to play by the rules of plan A. I don't want to lovebust. Any ideas on how to behave?gifts?
------------------
Surely goodness andd mercy shall follow me all the days of my life... Be strong and of good courage. Be not afraid. Wow, JB, that's a tough one.
The only thing I can really say.... try something NEW... something you have never done before. Sometimes starting new traditions can help in making new memories.... Treat this like a 1st anniversary.... a new beginning for the two of you. Maybe making a new and special memory will help both of you in this long and hard process of healing.
My thoughts & prayers are with you, and if I come up w/ any better ideas, I'll let you know.
Butterfly
PS~ When is your anniversary?
------------------
My favorite quote....
"Hello, this is God. I will be handeling your problems today. I will not need your help, so sit back and have a good day."
There is a web site for some hotels called "Fantasuites.com" or something like that. It tells of several hotels in various states that have fantasy hotel rooms. Even if one is not near you the rooms are kinda fun to look at. I what to go to the igloo or cave.
Butterfly had a good idea. do something you have never done before.

Hi JB -
Don't know all the ins and outs of your story - sorry I can't keep everyone straight anymore....there's so many of us!!! From your profile - it seems that you both basically need a new beginning!!
I think the focus of whatever you do or get should be along those lines...The beginning of a new life together with your young children. This life will be better and happier because you have both grown and learned from your mistakes.
I'm picturing a letter perhaps to your wife then something with the kids as a family - say mini-golf and ice-cream; then back home put the kids to bed together and either a late supper or some form of entertainment that you might have enjoyed when dating (that doesn't include sex).
What do you think - if you like I will be more than happy to figure it out further with you.
Let me know !!!
Hugs,
Sheba
