We went to the counselor this morning (my husband talked and I waited, PACING, outside for 1.5 hours). Afterwords we went for coffee and he told me that he's not 100% yet, but is feeling closer to the decision WITH CONVICTION to stay home with our family. This means alot because he is the ultimate analyst, intellectualizer, logic-based type of man. I must be cautious but am going to allow myself SOME sense of partial security and optimism......although my insides want to jump up and down and scream allelujah.....but I must refrain.....
I just feel mentally worn out. And what a perfect time.....we leave for Cabo San Lucas where we have a time share (yes, I talked him into it 2 years ago, but have NO regrets!!!) on Monday. I plan to be on the beach with a cerveza in hand by noon. And of course thinking positive thoughts and praying for all of us here......
My parents will be there as well, and are keeping our 2 children 3 nights of the 7. I am very much looking forward to it....but with cautious optimism.
I'll check back in 10 days. You're all in my thoughts.
~Jenn

Jennjifer,
SDunds like the beginning of recovery to me. Rememeber to expect the road to twist and turn and sometimes double back, but forward progression is what keeps you going on!!!!
Have a wonderful vacation and hope you and your H take advantage of those 3 nights outta 7 without the kids!!!!!!
Roll Me Away
------------------
"Life is made up, not of great sacrifices or duties, but of little things in which smiles and kindnesses and small obligations, given habitually, are what win and preserve the heart and secure comfort."
Sir Humphry Davy
