She left Jan 1, 1999 said she nedded some time with grandmother. She left Grandmother's at 9pm and we didnt here from her until Jan 2,2000 at 8pm. Then she showed up to pick up the children Jan 3,2000 at 7pm they all stayed in a hotel until sunday January 9, 2000. She came home and told me they had been fighting for the last 4 days about her stopping by the house to get things and she felt like it wasent going to work out with OM. We agreed we would get help and work on our marrage and that she would not see him any more. I found out today she has talked to him and she told him she would be with him soon. Her plan is for me to move out of the house (this is where I work, from home) and my support is to pay the mortgage and utilities,
so the kids wont have to change schools. I told her I would consider it.
What to do Now?
Should I get temp custody of my kids? Or let them continue to be right in front of this infidelity, they are hurting so bad. Who says they should be with Mom. I work from home, I could always be here. But would this be a big love buster or what?
Thanks
gman
If it were me, I wouldn't leave the house. If she wants out that bad, she will go. (I didn't leave). If you think it is necessary to file for temp. custody go ahead. It is OK to LB when you are doing what needs to be done to protect your children.
Good luck to you!
