my husband of 5 months is unhappy with our marriage, feels too tied down, and wants out. He was in prison for 9 years and then we have been together for 2 1/2 since right after he got out. he says he wants out of the marriage because he doesn't want to feel tied down, even though he says he loves me and doesn't want to hurt me.
