Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my message. I am a 40 year old male that is in the beginning of divorce. I feel if I don't let my wife go, she will become insane at my own doing. After five and a half years of being together, we have endured extreme and excruciating pain between us. The pain I have caused is beyond what she is capable of handling, however no woman should endure that. The pain I have been caused I accept and move on, but I know it is not right, it is a behavior I learned to accept as a child. Where do I go from here? I am seeking abit of advise here? I cannot subject my wife to the insanity anymore, I couldn't live that one down. It is very bad and I have to address my deep seeded issues.
------------------
Jeff,,,
I would love to help you, but I really need more info to be able to understand the problem you are having.
I will say, however, that if you are having a problem that is affecting your life in a negative way, counseling may be a wise choice.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Wolf
------------------
"You can't think your way into a new way of living.
You have to live your way into a new way of thinking."
Passionate Marriage
David Schnarch, Ph.D.
