My spouse slept with another woman a year ago. We were separated at the time and after finding out about this I miscarried our baby. I did not know I was pregnant until I miscarried.
After being incredibly insentive toward me during that time, one month later he came back to me and asked my forgiveness. He seems to be telling me the truth about everything. He still is not very emotionally sensitive to me (he doesn't say I love you often or send flowers), but he's trying.
I can't seem to move past this and I really want to. He met the girl at his job and I'm afraid he may meet someone else at work. I think I'm paranoid. He is upset because I don't trust him like I used to. How can I get past this and begin to heal so I don't destroy our relationship by bringing up this incident when I get upset??

Himtate.
Sorry no-one answered until now, it is a slow board, and also the weekend...two slows for ya!
There is a wealth of information here about the things you can do to achieve a great marriage. Read, read, read! Plan A, Emotional Needs, Love Bank and Love Busters are things you and your H should study. There is also an Emotional Needs questionnaire here...that helps you find out what each of you need in the relationship. Then you can each try to do those things.
I wish I had found this site earlier in my situation....I am sure it would have helped us. Good luck to you!!!!
