I need some HELP!!! I have a bad insecurity problem and it's killing my marriage. I hate it!!
I hurt my wife by being this way and I cannot get control over my problem. It's not fair to my wife
I just don't know what elsse to do!!!!! I am 30 yrs old and this is my second marriage I have two children 7g 2b. My insecurity has affected every
relationship I've ever been in.Whenever my wife goes anywhere without our children I get all uptight, my mind races with all negative thoughts
about her doing something. My logical side knows thats not the case, but I cannot control my anxeity, and when she returns, I barrage her with
20 questions and try to catch her in any slight change of her story, I check her cell phone to see any numbers I don't reconize ect.... I makes her angry and hurts her. With good reason, she has never done anything for me to mistrust her, she is a christian woman with values and a commiment not only to me but also too god....<p>
I know!!!! I am an awful person!!!!! I've been to counciling, anger management courses ,ect... but nothing seems to help. Fishman,<p>I think you need to be a little more specific about what you problem is before anyone will be able to give you any advice. Tell your story and I'm sure there will be wise people on this board who can help you out.
