My husband is never wrong. Anything that happends is in some way shape of form my fault. If he curses at me its my fault, if he snaps at me it's my fault. What ever he does to hurt me he says its my fault. He says this by saying. It's a reaction to your action.
Last night at dinner my two children from prev husband told me they were soaking wet when they got to school. I asked them why? They stated that they stood at the bus stop in the pouring rain. I sat there at the table quiet for a few minutes and nicely said to my new husband, "honey the next time it's raining out can you take the kids to the bus so they wont get wet". He snaps back at me "I was in the shower" in a very mean voice. I got up and said I was going to the store to get away from it.
He has still not said sorry. I was embarrassed in front of my kids. He can't seem to go a week with out starting in with me for some silly thing. I think he loves conflict. I can't get him to see that this behavior is wrong. Hes right and Im wrong all the time and I cause his wrong.. Help... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" />

Your post really hit home.My H is the same way. He constantly blames me. He can't find something, it is my fault. He says really awful things to me when we argue and it is my fault that I made him so angry. The list goes on and on. His father is the same way. Ironic thing is that he hated his father, never wanted to be like him. Swore he would never be like that, use to complain about the way his father acted toward his mom and siblings. Well he is exactly the same.
The bottom line is it is a form of verbal abuse. It really ruins a marriage and the W's self esteem. I would do some research on the net on verbal abuse.
I feel your frustration and I wish I had some better suggestions. I often worry that my child will grow up to be the same way.
