I'm sitting here getting all worked up....think about the inconsitancies in his stories over the last few days...thinking maybe I should just say.......The hell with it, throw in the towel and leave him.....<P>How do you all suppress that kind of thinking? So that you can make decisions in a calm frame of mind?<P>Help!

I don't think any of us can surpress any feelings or images after finding out that we have been betrayed! I cry, stomp my feet and have negative thoughts daily..to the point that it is scaring me to death.<P>I could tell you to take a walk or a drive (these help calm me), but of the course the problem is still there when you get back. Only wish I could help you and others along with myself, but at this point in the game I don't have answers other than trust in the Lord and he will show you the way.<P>My friends all tell me that I have to stop thinking about it all the time and eventually these things will fade...well maybe they would but the OW name is Mary and do you realize how many times a day I hear that name in a song, tv, movies and even when trying to read the Bible! Saw an promo for some upcoming special...of course it was Mary and Jesus. Just threw up my hands and walked out of the room. Why couldnt he have picked a zelda or ursula!!! Anyway, stay strong hon and will keep you in my prayers today.<P>
