Don't feel much like writing, too sad, too many tears. H left a few hours ago, can't get rid of his feelings for OW, so moved out. Told the kids he'd be gone for" ? a while". More tears. Life is grey tonight. (11pm here). [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]

Thanks RobertaMinneapolis, it always feels better to know someone cares. I've just got up for work (6.30 am here) - got to get the kids up ready for school / daycare - atleast I'm forced to get out today. Only work 2 days a week, but takes my mind off other things. Last night was so lonely. Didn't sleep much. But as the saying says - life goes on - I guess it does, regardless.

Sosad, I'm very sorry for the way things turned out.
I believe having to go out to work and all does help. Try to make some time to do things for yourself as well. Treat yourself. It will make you feel a bit better.
And who knows, nothing is ever definite, when we least expect, tings take different turns ( the danger with that , is that sometimes when they change their minds, it's to late ). SOmetimes it takes something like this for them to see that what they want after all is not what they thought.
Do take care of yourself and the kids. Things will have to get better one way or the other.
A big hug.
Kat

Sosad,
Keep your chin up, I went through something similiar on Thursday, he had used his "I should leave" statement one to many times on me so I finally said then do it. He did on Thursday, I was very upset but knew it could not go on that way. I learned that night and the next day how much support and love I have from my children. I cried a lot but made plans to go out with friends, I decided I had better move on and this was the time to start. Anyways Friday night he called remorseful and wanting to talk, we did one of the best talks we have had in a long time. I know my husband loves me and no one else.
Anyways, my point is that by making up my mind to start moving on, maybe I set myself free. Knowing I had my childrens love and support helped me too. I do not know how things will turn out for you, but it will start with one step at a time and a lot of prayer. God Bless you and I will keep you in my prayers.
Lila

Hi Sosad,
I am so sorry for you and know what you are going through...my H.moved out in April and came back in 2 weeks....I went to plan b and gently told him I could not talk or see him again and he could see the kids every 2 weeks....he told me later that being separated hit him hard and reality set in. I was really shocked that he came around so soon....hang in there, keep busy ,force yourself to get on with your life (it's hard I know) and do not act desperate and devestated if you talk to him....His mind is probably spinning right now and needs time to figure things out.....good luck, even though things seem bad it is surprising how quickly they can turn around......Lu

Thanks for your thoughts everyone. Not really up to writing tonight - feel like I'm in shock or something. Stunned. This only happens in the movies - bad movies!
