What do you do when you want to sleep at different times?

My husband wants to go to bed at 10.30 every night (except nights when he's out!).

I like to go at 11 or 11.30 but he says i wake him up and that disturbs him and it is affecting his health.

Any ideas greatly received.

How can this be affecting his health? Do the two of you get up at the same time? Are you loud or noisy wheny ou go to bed by doing things in the bedroom that could wait til morning or be done before he goes to bed? My husband goes to bed at 9 pm except for weekends and I go to bed about midnight. If he decides to work out in the morning, he does get up at 5 am, but if he doesn't, then he gets up with me at 6 am. I just know that I require less sleep than him and if I try to go to bed when he does, I feel awful the next day. I can tell that he doesn't like it when I wake him up for sex, but he better take it when he can get it. He certainly doesn't wait up for me to have it. Nine time sout of ten, the reason why I am up so late if because of doing housework and watching TV; but that's a whole other story. Find out why he is having these "heath" problems.
