Everytime my husband sits infront of the TV, I want to know what he watches. And if there're any women scantily clad, then I make sure he changes the channel by keeping a long face or by some other way letting him know that am not comfortable with what he's watching. I don't know why I do this. I think that I'll just sit & watch quietly what he's watching but after just a few seconds I can't stand it....and I do it all over again. I don't understand why I feel so insecure or jealous..he's just looking at them & even if he wished for something more, it's not like it's going to happen. This has been bothering me a lot...we watch TV almost every evening...and I need to stop feeling this way. Does anyone know why I feel this way and what I can do to stop? Thanks in advance.
