Background: WH and I are in reconciliation. He has expressed concern that what happens if in 2 years, i wake up and find I can't forgive and want out of marriage? Chief concern is impact to going forward access to earnings and debt responsibility. Has anyone had successful experinece with using Mediation services and interim agreements that take the financial concern off the table, keeping both parties whole, etc without having to push for divorce now to protect interests?
