Well, I was feelin' OK last night after H got home. I know he didn't go to Hooters, and I know he went to the hunting camp because I overheard his conversation with a friend this morning.
I'm still PO'd at him because of his disrespectful remarks toward me yesterday--I'm really sick of them for a LONG time!
Anyway, we're eating breakfast (he cooked), when he starts telling my why one of OW's employees wasn't at work yesterday. It appears that she showed up drunk and passed out, so OW had to call another employee in. H goes on to tell how OW bailed this employee out of jail a couple of weeks ago. H then starts talking about OW being too good to her employees (putting up with no-shows, bailing them out of trouble, etc.), which is why she has so much trouble with them...(GAG.......PUKE..........!!!)
I did not say a word, but I want to know HOW IN THE HELL does he keep up with what OW does if he never sees her without me?????????? OW isn't one to go around telling everybody what goes on, if you know what I mean. I think H is hearing this stuff straight from the horse's (make that 'hore's) mouth! I didn't say anything because that would clue him in to watch his mouth...and right now, that's the only thing I have going for me: his tendency to let things slip without realizing what he's doing.
And, oh yeah, last night he smelled cigarette smoke on me. Yeah, I've smoked a couple of packs over the past two MONTHS! Anyway, I got him back for his "none of your business" comment he made to me in regard to his "personal life." He asked me why I had gone back to smoking, and I told him that that was a part of my personal life that is none of his business. He later asked me why I said that. I said, "Well, if your personal life is none of my business, then my personal life is none of your business." It wasn't a love buster, because I said it in a flirty way, and he flirted back with an arch "Oh, really??"
But, anyway, I am really getting sick of "play-acting" and hiding my anger. I think I'm gonna buy one of those voodoo dolls, if I can't find the one I already have. I'll stick pins in it and put it on his pillow. I've done that a couple of times when I was mad at him. I put a pin through the head and one through the pelvic area. (OUCH!) [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]

I agree with how hard it is to hear our H's talk about the OW's, But its just as bad when they clam up........ Seems to be a loose-loose situation
cozy
[This message has been edited by used2Bcozy (edited August 29, 1999).]
