I suppose it depends of whether you are masochistic and love being on an emotional rollercoaster. What makes you think that after several years in which she has had 2 affairs and pregnant by the OM that it is going to be any different.

I think Tommaz makes a solid point. She has had two major affairs and became pregnant with the OM's child which means she did not take any precautions and put your health at risk. I am guessing she is a cakewoman who is looking for you to take care of her emotionally. I would suggest counseling to understand what you want and how much humiliation and disrespect you are willing to endure. I wish you luck.

Do you have any children together?
Not that this makes working it out more important, but it is an issue.
Reconciliation would take tremendous effort and forgiveness on your part. Only you know if this is truely possible. You could give it time, but in the Lords' eyes, you do not have to reconcile after adultery.
You need to remember that this child will be a constant reminder of her infidelity and the child deserves no shame for your wife's errors. Why not talk to your pastor about this. But it will be up to the both of you. It may be too soon to tell if your wife is truely repentant. She may be afraid and confused and looking for comfort from the consequenses of her actions.
It's a tough spot you are in and I'm sure you are in alot of pain.
I would suggest that you look at all angles, but make sure that she is serious about ending the affair and this behavior. On the other hand, if you truley love eachother and you have it in your heart to forgive her and love the baby too, don't be afraid of what anyone will think. This is your life and marriage and does not require any other persons' approval. Go to church.
