I haven't posted in a long time, but am hoping for some help. I used to take Lexapro for depression that was related to some of my own issues and issues to do with my marriage problems and began gaining weight, I gained about 20 lbs, and had to stop taking it. I haven't been taking anything for about a year, but have recently started having bouts of depression and anxiety again and am supposed to try Wellbutrin. So I'm hoping someone can tell me about their experience with it.

Tired- I tred it but it made me VERY nauseous. I am now taking Zoloft but it has only been 2 weeks and I don't notice too much of a difference yet.
I took Celexa for migraines years ago (does something to the blood vessels in your head) - haven't used it for anxiety or depression though.

Take care - you will find something that works for you !

I have been on Welbutrin for about 3 yrs. I never gained any weight with it or had any side effects at all. I take it twice a day.
If thats what they want you to use, give it a try, if it doesnt work you can always stop.
Good Luck!

I've been on Wellbutrin XL for about 2 months now after being first on Celexa and then Lexapro plus Wellbutrin, and it really works well.
Try you'll like it!

If you notice we all became registered users in Mar 2004 - notice any similarities?

Thanks for all your reply's! I haven't gone to pick up the scrip yet and go back and forth on whether I want to start back on med's, some days are better than others, I just get moody so easy. It's been almost a year and a half since the affair of my WH, but I still think about it. Usually when there are triggers, but I look at every woman as a potential OW now and any time we're out and I see anyone who remotely looks like her I think he's thinking of her, I don't mention it to him, but inside I'm very upset and my emotions are all over. I'm really good at pretending I'm fine though.
